ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure an exceptional shopping experience, demonstrating leadership in customer service. Achieve sales targets while consistently delivering exceptional service to valued customers. Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, showcasing leadership in operational standards. Uphold adherence to company standards and policies, setting a leadership example for the team. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns, showcasing leadership in strategic initiatives. Work towards achieving business objectives through effective teamwork and leadership contributions. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL GIVE BACK TO YOU Base salary of up to $63k with the opportunity to earn commissions. Excellent opportunity to develop your sales knowledge and processes. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Experience in a fashion sales role Understanding of V.I.P customer service Excellent presentation and a keen interest in fashion styling Previous experience in tailoring is preferred but not essential Show resilience and be passionate about reaching KPIs Recognising the dynamic nature of the retail industry, the ability and willingness to typically work weekends is essential for this role.
