Job Purpose : Support the Performance & Analytics team to deliver data driven insights to Sanofi CHC categories, leveraging internal and external data sources to identify clear business opportunities to unlock performance and future growth

Support performance reporting to Executive Leadership team

Enable integrated view of category performance using various resources & data (internal and external) while 'connecting the dots'. Integrate category, consumer and shopper insights into compelling brand stories

Work with globally aligned market forecasting models and contribute to ongoing optimisation

Build KPI trackers on our key brands in cooperation with internal stakeholders

Run business analytics to help unlock deeper understanding of market drivers, identify opportunities, identify root causes of performance (~growth levers) and evaluate ROI for your boost (&stronghold) categories. Guide and challenge investment choices.

Develop competitive intelligence activities to analyse the performance of the Sanofi portfolio in a competitive context

Inform and influence strategic choices and innovation pipeline with data.

Demonstrate Performance mindset in line with Play to Win behaviours

Assist in building data capability with the Brand and Commercial teams

Key results / Accountabilities: Performance Management Support a clear, complete, and unbiased view on Sanofi category performance connecting insights coming from all relevant sources, incl financial data, market data and other (external) sources of information

Contribute to the development of KPI tracking and performance monitoring reports.

Generate analytical insights to better understand our relative performance in the market and support recommendations and action plan

Ongoing competitive scans and reviews leveraging various internal or external resources

Demonstrate Performance mindset in line with Play to Win behaviours

Business Analytics and insights Generate business intelligence (insights & assumptions) through analytics that support decision making, course correction and anticipating the future

Identify opportunities and gaps

Clarify performance drivers (gainers/drainers)

Identify market trends and shifts

CHC Market Projections

Help translate business questions/challenges into an analytical plan aimed at providing clarity and guiding decisions.

Support business forecasting by tracking & predicting external dynamics on the business and their evolution, working with analytical experts on forecasting.

Measurement & ROI Analyse category investment versus performance (on a macro level) to identify proven drivers of growth (informing growth lever work)

Activate ROI meta-learnings from Global market intelligence teams

Support globally aligned modelling analysis and champion implementation, and testing of the recommendations

Growth Model/Must-Win Choices Help provide transparency on key building blocks of the Growth Model & enable tracking of progress

Key working relationships Brand and Innovation team

Global and Regional Performance Analytics teams, including global forecasting team

Local Consumer Insights team

Commercial and Finance Teams

Data partners

About you Education: Bachelor Degree in Data science or a Statistical background

Required knowledge and/or experience Minimum 4+ years' experience in Data Analytics

Experience in FMCG, OTC industry or Retail industry is a plus

Attention to detail, persistence, commit to deadlines and delivery is a must have

Curious mindset and self-motivated

Team spirit, persuasiveness and influential with cross functional partners

Excellent Communication and presentations skills to (written and spoken)

Strong and visible leadership - ability to lead initiatives and influence key stakeholders into action

Proven ability to anticipate changes in the environment accurately and adapt thinking appropriately

Advanced analytical and insights skillsets

Skills: data integration, data manipulation and visualisation

Technical skills in Excel and digital tools like Google analytics, and social data, PowerBI (preferred)
