This opportunity This is an exciting time to be in TPG Telecom, leading our Small and Medium Business (SMB) unit for TPG Telecom. This key leadership role includes leading cross functional teams of sales, support and commercial experts nationally across Australia and with partners and shared services. The role requires great interpersonal skills, a depth of cross functional leadership and the curiosity and customer understanding to create and build winning proposition for SMB's.

Responsibilities Owning the customer value proposition for TPG Telecom brands in the SOHO and SMB segments, including the requirements for product, service and partnerships.Leading and developing the channels for SMB - including partner channels, telesales and telephone account management / customer success.Building the 'customer experience hub' for SMB customers, to provide account management and operational support to SMB customers, nationwide.Developing the commercial strategy and lifecycle management strategy for SMB customers to create a winning receipe for the SMB segment.Working cross functionally with the operations, consumer, digital and technology teams to build the customer care and operational support model for SMB customers.Simplifying and transforming our products, customer experience and IT systems and processes for SMB customers.Create the vision for our Small and Medium businesses, including defining the 3 -5 year transformation of our proposition, sales and service capability.Define the brand strategy and customer value proposition for these segments.Deliver the market share growth ambitions, P&L performance objectives and customer experience goals for the SMB segment.Developing a high performing, customer centric team, with clear benchmarking of activities, appropriate performance targets and standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.Knowledge and experience A track record of sales, marketing and operations experience, working with SMB customers.Extensive people leadership, across multiple locations and functions.A passion for leading, inspiring and developing a diverse team to create high performance.Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop collaborative, cross functional relationship.Benefits and perks Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office).'Stay Connected Mobile' - Access to a free mobile plan.'Stay Connected NBN' - Access to a free NBN 100 plan.'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year.Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities.Access to Corporate Partner Discounts.Bolder and better together!
