About You: With Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or large-scale industrial environment. You will have strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Holding relevant trade qualifications, you will take accountability for the short-term performance of the Gordon assets to ensure operational excellence.

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations of our iconic Gordon Power Station. This will include identifying and evaluating risks and needs for the site to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This position has a strong emphasis of leadership and development of the team and driving continuous improvement initiatives onsite.
