Job Description Key Responsibilities: Front-end commercial contract negotiation on service provisions for national and international projects and programmes.Oversee and manage all legal matters during and throughout project duration, including dispute resolution when necessary.Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders outside of Legal function, providing legal support for strategic growth.Provide support and insight to Claims and Dispute specialists when involved in complex disputes.Actively engage with the Regional (APAC and A/NZ) Legal teams to ensure work pipeline is efficiently managed, and contribute ideas to further develop legal function. The Successful Applicant Required Experience: Qualified Lawyer with current practising certificate;Ideally 3-5 years of PQE - this can be from Private Practice or In-HouseDeep knowledge of Construction Law and the Construction IndustryExcellent communication skills able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build strong, professional relationships.Comfortable to be in the office 3-4 days each weekWorking with Legal colleagues at different levels and jump into situations to offer support without prompting.
