The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between the core hours of 7:30am and 6pm, with optional weekend work. What will you be doing: * Be the first point of contact for patients at reception * Providing excellent customer service and patient care * Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency * Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers * Driving the delivery of high quality service to patients and referrers Life at I-MED Radiology ??
