Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI!Purpose of PositionAchieve region management system and training business sustainable growth and build up a strong sales workforceKey responsibilitiesResponsible for strategic sales planning and identify new areas of business growth and implement new product go to market strategyDevelop and manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve profitable revenue growth Develop new accounts and key account sales and maintain a good level of sales activities with foreign enterprises (high level visits) Own & hit annual regional sales targets through effectively management of sales activitiesAcquire, develop and retain regional sales teamExpand market share and rapid develop new products to lead the marketDevelop sales leader pipe linesPackage and develop unique service solutions to lead the marketWork very closely with Operation delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction Work closely with marketing team to capture leads effectivelyCoordinate with country and regional sales teams to align country and regional strategy and tacticsTake care national KAs and to be hands on dealing with large prospectsCandidate specificationsBachelor degree with minimum 10 years sales management experience.Experience in professional service, consulting, corporation Insurance, accounting and marketing industry preferred.Proven sales leadership experiences, proven record in able to exceed targets, aggressive and positive attitudeAble to communicate, present and influence at all levels within an organization including C levelGood command of customer relationship exploration, maintenance and development.Self-discipline with good planning and organizing capabilitiesSelf-motivated with working under pressureResult drivenAnalytical in data, clear and open-mindedStrong ethics and disciplineNote: This role will be active in August.
