Your primary objective will be to minimize safety risks and enhance business continuity through meticulous planning and execution. Your duties will include (but not limited to): Develop and communicate comprehensive mine plans integrating safety and stakeholder input over two years.Create Quarterly Forecasts and infrastructure plans aligned with the Annual Budget.Establish seamless mine planning systems, procedures, and standards for long-to-short term transitions.Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate safety and business risks effectively.Manage long-term infrastructure projects (dewatering, ventilation, power) critical for mine operations.Lead and mentor the Planning Engineering Team, conducting performance reviews and development plans.Oversee the development of Medium-Term mine plans in alignment with Quarterly Forecasts and the Annual Budget, ensuring operational efficiency and optimization.
