About our requirements The ATO is seeking to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide AWS Professional Services, with senior consultant levels of experience and expertise, to augment ATO architectural and engineering capabilities and support a range of cloud technology initiatives in the ATO. Resources engaged by the ATO will: be Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the technologies AWS offer in the marketplace to their customers, have extensive experience delivering enterprise cloud solutions to complex organisations, including services engineering and integration, and must have AWS architectural qualifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect). 2. About the Program The AWS Professional Services resources sought will operate primarily across the Data Acquisition, Pre-fill and Sharing Program of work within the ATO, focussed on 5 project groups; 1. Advanced Analytics Platform (AAP) to Cloud, Transition of the Advanced Analytics Platform to cloud and enable the new platform improvements to security controls, deployment and testing options, source system integration and introduce Machine Learning and data streaming with real-time analytics. 2. Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) Migration, The EDH software is end of life and must be decommissioned by March 2024 OFFICIAL a. Decommissioning is dependant on the migration of existing use cases to the Enterprise Lakehouse delivered as part of New Data Pattern 3. New Data Patterns, Core components required to ingest and store EDH workloads a. Delivers an ingestion, storage and analysis platform to support greater volumes of complex data b. Enables value realisation of DAO datasets c. Enable ingestion requirements for Sharing Economy 4. Modernising ATO Systems, a. Special Purpose Datasets Brought in to support clients in getting it right the first time, via prefill, and allowing the ATO to get more targeted and sophisticated in detecting risk and fraud across rentals and deduction claims b. Optimisation Tactical changes made across systems to enhance the way we use our data holdings to inform, nudge and steer clients towards correct reporting i.e. Enhanced prefill & Data visibility solutions c. Data Matching Uplift will improve the processing performance of the matching process to increase scalability d. Enduring Data Access Solution (TSF) design a contemporary technology solution for sharing data across Government agencies, reducing the reliance on mainframe processing. 5. Sharing Economy, Improve visibility of Sharing Economy activity through improved data reporting to enhance education and compliance with reporting obligations creating a level playing field Similar resources may be required throughout the term to support further enterprise initiatives. 3.
