Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:The Ecommerce & Digital Shopper Marketing Associate Manager is an key role at Clorox Australia focused on evolving the digital shopper experience to achieve ambitious ecommerce revenue and share gains. This role works closely in collaboration with cross functional teams, to improve our execution across partner platforms and developing tools to measure our performance and return on investment in the E-comm channel. Core to the role is leadership of our Amazon customer relationship and strategy to continue our strong growth partnership. Ongoing development in Amazon customer capability will be supported through training and wider Clorox ecommerce exposure, while the individual's existing ecommerce skillset will also be developed leading to long term channel results.In this role, you will:#LI-HybridKey Responsibilities:Strengthen our digital footprint on partner owned platformsResponsible for continual improvement & maintenance of the digital shelf including:Working with brand marketing on shelf content development and optimization - images, copy and enhanced content/A+ content.Working with Corporate COE on use of Salsify for publication and syndication; ANZ owner for the process including implementation of updates.Works as the leader to drive keyword optimization - titles, in-copy, hidden keywords, etc.Work closely with the Sales & marketing team ensuring digital campaigns maximise conversion utilizing partner capabilities.Collaborate with the Brand and Shopper Marketing teams focused on:1) Content to ensure consistency of messaging and brand equity2) Digital marketing campaigns executions / activations as per brand / customer plans.Stay up to date with and inform team members on new digital trends, tools, improvements and best practises.Delivers financial targets as the account manager for Amazon and other PurePlay accountsDelivers NCS, GM and spending ROI targets for assigned pureplay ecommerce accounts. #1 Account and primary responsibility is Amazon.Establishes the growth strategy for pureplay ecomm accounts with a strategic 3-year plan for Amazon.Develop & maintain strong relationships with key Amazon team members through regular communication and business review processes. Leverages cross-functional resources to effectively influence their counterparts at Amz AU (supply chain, marketing).Leverages Clorox Amazon team for company practices, brand resources, learnings & know-how to reduce learning time in AUDrives the Amazon AVN process & agreements. Leverages senior sales managers to drive favourable negotiations.Create strong promotional and activation plans to maximise portfolio success within Amazon and manage within trade spend budget and guidelines following controls processes. Consistently performs post-spending analytics to increase ROI. Evolve the Amazon JBP, pricing and supply chain models to ensure close partner alignment and maximize results.Execute Amazon shopper marketing programs including corporate merchandising events, Vine Rating & Reviews, Loyalty and VPV couponing.Drives Amazon media plan with focus on AMS/search spending. Establishes goals and executes buy with the assistance of the brand managers.Identify new profitable growth opportunities with Amazon and develop strategic plans to implement appropriate growth strategies while managing shape of product portfolio, exiting where appropriate. Creates internal proposals for new items, special packs, etc. to drive growth while reducing channel conflict.Enhance omni-ecommerce capabilitiesWork with key account managers at omni-accounts to identify capability needs. Recommend practices and tactics to enhance ecommerce performance.Works as ANZ POC on ecommerce capabilities and can connect the local team to the broader organization as needed for training, resources and agencies.Establish ecommerce KPI's utilizing existing data and Power BI tools to identify key metrics connected with desired business outcomes. Establish cadence of communication on key performance indicators/metrics.Drive insights to action on across omni-channel against KPIsWhat we look for:Years & Type of Experience2-3 years experience gained in an eCommerce function, preferably in the consumer goods environment.Minimum 12 years in some type of account management role developing sales fundamentals of planning, negotiating, executing, etc.Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Big W, Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths and othersSkills & AbilitiesAnalytical thinking with the ability to apply insights to actionAttention to detail whilst being able to prioritizeStrong organisational skills and attention to detailStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAdaptability, self confidence & resilienceCommercial acumen, ability to work cross functionallyInfluencing & negotiatingBudgeting, planning and strong financial acumenStrong understanding of spend control and cost managementTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing channelsStrong understanding of Woolworths and Coles omnichannel approach and ecommerce platforms platforms such as Amazon, Big W, Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths and others.Strong understanding of digital shelf management and shopper activation tactics in major ANZ platformsAbility to write a content brief, evaluate content, is useful in the roleAdvanced proficiency - ExcelIntermediate proficiency - PowerpointEducation Level/Degree:Degree qualified in the discipline of Ecomm, Digital Marketing, Business (or equivalent) or the successful demonstration of relevant industry experience.Workplace type:Hybrid - 3 days working in office and 2 days working from homeWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
