We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.The OpportunityAs a Team Assistant at Dexus you will be responsible for providing secretarial and general administrative support to executives in the Finance team in the execution of their responsibilities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running and best outcome of the business unit.The primary focus is to support the Head of Property Finance and leaders across the Integration teams, and their respective teams.You will make an impact by:Supporting executives with diary / calendar management and inbox managementProviding meeting coordination and arrangement support including setting up videoconferencing, meeting room bookings, catering and other technical requirements in collaboration with out Guest Relations teamProcessing expense claims and providing purchase order / invoicing support for executives and team membersAssisting other Executive/Team Assistants with coordination of key team events, overflow and general ad hoc tasksAbout YouThe ideal candidate is one that is passionate, agile, proactive, and driven with prior experience in a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders or executives and their respective teams. You will be a forward thinker with an inquisitive mind, technologically savvy as well as a great communicator. You will confidently build key stakeholder relationships and liaise in a professional manner with external and internal stakeholders and remain highly flexible and adaptable in a changing and demanding environment. The Team Assistant will have a demonstrated ability to use initiative, work autonomously yet collaboratively and achieve deadlines under pressure.If you have excellent verbal/written communications skills, outstanding time management, strong Microsoft Office and Outlook experience and would like to play a key role in driving team engagement this is the role for you!Why choose Dexus?The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
