Due to internal movements, there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Change Advisor to join the team on a 6-month contract.The roleReporting into the Organisational Change Manager, the role of the Organisational Change Advisor now exists for a pragmatic, intelligent and resilient professional who is focussed on building strong relationships whilst managing programs of change. This is a change project that will add to your already diverse skillset in managing operational change from a people perspective. Day to day, you will work across a broad remit and assist with change & transformation projects, which may include: Advising on the people impact of processes and systems change;Influencing and supporting leaders to engage the wider business and take employees through transformation;Working closely with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor; andProviding advice to leaders on any people issues throughout the change process. About youHaving had broad generalist experience at the HR Business Partner level, you will have supported change processes, transformations, restructures or other relevant projects end to end. You will be proactive, pragmatic and resilient in style, with a strong focus on providing an agile and customer-centric service to your client group.
