We believe that a great salesperson must be part artists, part scientist.  Base $130k / $200k OTE Brisbane (preferred), or Sydney Hybrid About the Company: Our client operates networking professional services with a client base across Australia and NZ. They specialise in the design and installation of enterprise networking solutions. Well known for offering some of the best wireless engineers in the business, but also offers full end-end networking and a definite edge in new technologies such as DNA Center and SDA Fabric. They deliver technical networking solutions to customers and you must be conversant with networking technologies. Role Responsibilities: - Work as an integrated member of our established Brisbane sales team - Develop and maintain strong relationships with your Customers - Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets - Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers - Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically -Determine scope, write and present quotes/solution proposals to your Customers - As part of a team, respond to Customer Tenders - Monitor and continuously improve customer satisfaction - Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of the company services as well as best practices implementations - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts - Run your sales cycle end to end - Prospect, Qualify and close potential opportunities - Create and execute a solid pipeline (3x that of sales targets) - Use your experience, creativity, and drive to make an impact on your clients and the organisation About you: - You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and a genuine interest in people  - Have the ability to work autonomously as well as integrate into a high performance team  - You have sound technical knowledge (primarily in Cisco) and have a passion for technology  - You have a can-do attitude, be highly motivated and a fast learner  - You maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail  - Effective multitasking, prioritisation and logical problem-solving abilities  - A strong commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning.  Base Qualifications: - 5 - 8+ years of technology sales experience - Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals  - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around The Companies suite of Products & Services  - Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments  - Ability to analyse sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy  - Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business  - Prior experience in an environment where you have managed an account list in technology sales which included large growth in net new opportunities  - Translate customer business and technology priorities into technology solutions  -Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota achievement  Essential Criteria: - You must already be a resident in Brisbane with rights to work and live in Australia  - Strong computer skills, intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and O365  - You must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role  - Experience in the IT Industry  - Strong experience with Cisco  - Willingness to travel (must have your own car and current drivers licence).  Desirable - Previous experience as a Network Engineer with WLAN or LAN would be advantageous, primarily in Cisco  - Previous experience delivering IT Projects in a consulting company would be advantageous.  This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer. The successful candidate will also receive 12 months of ongoing training and support, including advanced training programs and access to communities for professional growth - All of which are provided by Pointer in addition to internal programs.   If you possess the following but do not have the right experience, you might excellently fit this role: Leadership Problem solving IT competencies CRM-system expertise Excellent communication ?
