Situated in a premier location teamed with high performing agents, this role will give you the opportunity to achieve your goals and help you excel to your full potential.As EA/Administrator you will be supporting one of our highly successful agents who specialise in the Lindfield market. Your responsibilities will include looking after the agent while overseeing the majority of the administrationand sales functions for the agent.What we are looking for:• Strong work ethic combined with "can do" attitude• Outstanding attention to detail for processes and procedures and to take pride in what you do• Great time management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and multi-task• Ability to act as quality control on outgoing correspondence• Genuine client focus plus ability to work closely with team members• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and immaculate presentation• Monday to Friday onlyThe EA/Administrator will undertake a wide range of duties to support our dynamic and growing sales team.Specifics of the role:• Regular seller interaction from listing through to settlement• Following structured and detailed checklists• Preparing vendor reports, proposals, presentations, appraisals and agency agreements• Assisting in prospecting and brand profiling for the team• Social media management, testimonials and weekly newsletter to database• Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans and marketing material• Planning marketing campaigns and ensuring all advertising deadlines are met• Designing promotional advertising material and internet adverts as per the belle template• Organising open home kits, auction packs, occasionally attend opens/auctions• Planning events such as local fundraisers and sponsorships• Attend pre-settlement inspections and gifts at settlement to all clients• Managing the Sales Agent diaryThe successful candidate will have:• Possess exceptional attention to detail• Previous administration experience essential• Ability to work pro actively and independently• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal• Strong work ethic, confidence and a positive attitude• Self-motivated, systems orientated, super organised• Ability to work within deadlines• Must have a Certificate of RegistrationWe are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and an eagerness to work with the best in theindustry. The position is Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week.
