Career Opportunities Social Media Coordinator Job no: 513338 Work type: Full Time Location: Brisbane Categories: Marketing & Communications What we're looking for:As a talented Social Media Coordinator you will help to implement online marketing strategies through our social media accounts to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and generate enquiries and enrolments for our centres.The role:You will be responsible for:- Develop original content in alignment with Affinity's tone of voice in order to attract families and increase followersSuggest creative ways to position Affinity-owned centres as the local provider of choice as well as Affinity as an employer of choice via strong communication messagesIncrease web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategiesDay to day management of digital content updates of quality control across all 200+ social media pagesSupport the development and implementation of digital marketing and innovation tactics to meet channel objectivesMonitor competitor activity to ensure Affinity is delivering best practice and standardsDevelop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metricsSuggest new ways to attract prospective customers, such as promotions and competitions About you: A degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 2 - 3 years experience working in a comparable work environmentExperience working in a complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted organisation.Experience in managing regional/inter-state stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication and multitasking skillsDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Benefits: Attractive salary packageImpressive Brisbane CBD office Flexible working arrangement50% discount on childcare gap feesFitness and Lifestyle Group membershipsA professional culture and supportive work environmentCareer advancement opportunities Why work for Affinity?
