With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hour's drive from the CBD, Melbourne's North is fast becoming the place to be!  The RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for a Paediatric Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Virtual Services team Northern Health. The Paediatric Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant works to ensure that clients are managed through the service in a timely and positive manner. The Paediatric Continence CNC is responsible for undertaking assessments with clients referred for management of their continence. Based on assessment the nurse will develop a goal-oriented management plan and connected to relevant community-based services. In addition, this position collaborates closely with the multi-disciplinary team and associated services, as well as consulting with relevant service providers and clinicians. The nursing role is pivotal in leading and supporting the provision of evidence-based care and service development within the areas of Paediatrics and Continence management. To be successful in this role, you will: Degree qualification Bachelor of NursingCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 5 years' experience relevant to the positionHolds specific postgraduate qualifications or equivalent educational preparation in the area of Paediatric Continence Nursing. Next Steps . . .If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
