With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hour's drive from the CBD, Melbourne's North is fast becoming the place to be!  The RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for a Paediatric Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Virtual Services team Northern Health. The Paediatric Continence Clinical Nurse Consultant works to ensure that clients are managed through the service in a timely and positive manner. The Paediatric Continence CNC is responsible for undertaking assessments with clients referred for management of their continence. Based on assessment the nurse will develop a goal-oriented management plan and connected to relevant community-based services. In addition, this position collaborates closely with the multi-disciplinary team and associated services, as well as consulting with relevant service providers and clinicians.
