The core focus of this role is to provide support and backup coverage for maintenance scheduling/planning and maintenance stores management on site. The Coordinator - Maintenance Planning will also involve the upkeep and continuous improvement of the supporting processes used by the Maintenance and Engineering teams.What you will be doing Ensure that appropriate Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES) standards are followed and maintained; Ensure site production capability is maintained through effective maintenance planning and support; Provide administrative support to the Maintenance and Engineering teams; Assist in planning and delivering fixed costs and capital budgets to plan; Be part of an effective site Maintenance and Engineering team. What you will bring At least 2 years of experience in maintenance administrative role or equivalent, preferably in production/manufacturing environment; Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (SAP); Basic understanding of maintenance processes and equipment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
