You will bring our bar concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests.Some of the responsibilities include:- Attend lunch and dinner brief with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service. - To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel. - Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.- Attend all training where required.- To be charismatic and make conversation easily and with an array of people. - Following international and local Bar and Drink trends- Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and check lists- Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to duty manager immediately.Qualifications- Previous Food & Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment- A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate- The ability to create a positive first impression. - The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.- Mixologist / cocktail bar background- Wine knowledge highly advantageous A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
