A little bit about the role…

In this exciting opportunity, you'll play a vital role in bolstering our Resales Sales function, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences throughout the settlement process.

Your responsibilities will include managing General Admin & CRM utilization across various business areas, ensuring that our CRM database is meticulously maintained to drive success across all our vibrant communities.

You'll be immersed in the customer journey from initial inquiry to settlement, serving as an expert on our internal processes and guiding homeowners every step of the way, from agreements to final settlements.

With your knack for crafting compelling presentations and proficiency in Microsoft platforms, coupled with your expertise in CRM reporting, you'll be instrumental in conveying key information effectively.

Collaborating closely with the Head of Re-Sales and our dynamic sales team, you'll thrive in problem-solving, providing training, and infusing enthusiasm wherever you go, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and our customers receive unparalleled support.

What you need to be successful in the role: Ability to work autonomously and in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
