Team and Role OverviewThe purpose of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC)) in India is to provide business expertise to support an organization's global or domestic implementation by designing new processes, optimizing current ones, managing complex implementation projects, and providing user support and training. We are seeking a

Front-Office Consultant

to work in a customer-facing role to drive global system implementations.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with customers to gather, scope, and understand business requirements, and influence them toward our best practice solutions

Work hands-on to design, configure, and test the system to ensure that it meets the business requirements wherever there is a deviation from our out-of-the-box solution

Follow up with the Client's end-users to validate the solution delivered, achieve signoff, and continue to support various phases such as SIT, UAT, and Migration activities, and move the system toward go-live

Identify and raise approved core product gaps and follow up through our internal process until delivery. During the development of enhancements, the Consultant will work with the Product team or Project technical team to iteratively test enhancements to ensure they will meet business requirements. Finally, the Consultant will assist in deployment and validation by the Client

Responsible for training users on the basic use of the system, and new functionality

Skills And RequirementsStrong knowledge and functional experience in one or more of the following Asset classes: Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income, Money Market, Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD), FX Derivatives (FXD), Credit Derivatives, Equities, and Equity Derivatives, Commodities and Commodity Derivatives

Hands-on knowledge or experience in related areas like Trading, Pricing, Risk Analytics, Market data management, and Trading interfaces

Expertise in the implementation, product development, and/or support of Front Office

Experience writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities

Willingness and ability to travel as required

Relevant Front office and Treasury domain experience of minimum 3 years
