Customer Success Consultant , you will be the first port of call to handle technical questions and provide expert support to enable our clients to better connect with their customers.Based at our Eagle Farm site, our CX team operates Monday to Friday between 8 am to 6 pm on a roster basis with on call support.Skills & Experience:A passion for technology and customer serviceCustomer Service experience via different mediums (phone, email, online, etc.)Previous experience with data aggregation, file transfers and word pressAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyExemplary written and oral communication skillsDesirable but not essential:Automotive dealership registration clerical experience

Previous experience within a Tech Support/SME role
