Connecting capabilities for a truly inciting customer experience.Job Description The Senior Account Director will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Client Services in the ongoing strategic development, execution and management of Brand, Retail Experience and Promotional Campaigns. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover.What you'll be doingResponsible for overseeing brand, retail experience and event project management and businessInitiate project with client briefing and organize team internally and with suppliersManage, concept and designs development and present to clientManage project in cost management, planning, concept, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, and maintenance/operationManage Team Financials: forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and anything relatedLiaise with client and account team to establish program requirements and objectives including obtaining briefs for retail, brand and experiential projectsManage all direct reports and resource allocationManage and maintain strategic overview of account, and proactively advise client on new issues and resolution optionsAbout YouPrevious retail, print and experiential project management experience within a marketing agency or team (preferred)Strong marketing planning and execution knowledgeStrong knowledge and expertise in project management for brand experience & eventsExperience in managing planning, concept, production, logistics, staffing, operations, for event projectExceptional local knowledge of event management in AustraliaCommercial acumenLife at CheilAt Cheil, we truly value our people and promote a healthy, collaborative and supportive culture.
