The Role Stand Alone HR role - opportunity to develop to Head Of role Being a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leaders. Manage the full employee lifecycle; from onboarding through to exit interviews Organise and implement learning and development initiatives Provide an effective framework for performance management, development, and training Implement regular employee surveys and action insights that are shared. Design and lead employee engagement and retention programs Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant Awards Provide effective salary planning and remuneration review based on market analysis. About you Passionate, inquisitive, decisive and value-driven. 7+ years experience in generalist people and culture roles Experience collaborating and partnering with CEO and senior leaders Experience in implementing people systems Previous experience in Fintech, Crypto Exchange or Digital assets Trading in a fast growing scale up environment would be a distinct advantage.
