You'll also collaborat e with cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand identity and manage local marketing activations, retail presence and national conferences , ensuring seamless integration with sales and key account initiatives.The FitAs a strategic thinker, you'll be able to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies, while maintaining and strengthening our brand identity and market position . To succeed in this role you 'll need:Bachelor's degree in Communications , Marketing, Public Relations or a related field .7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a marketing role, with a focus on regional or domestic marketing preferred .Experience managing marketing campaigns, events and digital media spend for optimal marketing return on investment .Proficiency in digital and marketing platforms, with a deep understanding of current marketing technology trends and best practices .Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team .An understanding of P&L and budgeting processes, with experience developing business plans and strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with exceptional attention to detail .Ability to collaborate and influence across teams and all levels of the business.The ability to work under pressure , prioritise work within regional marketing budgets .To be flexible, open to change and responsive to changing business needs .Why Gallagher?At Gallagher, we foster a supportive and family-friendly work environment, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of everything we do.
