Head of Impact and Engagement - Office for Women in Sport and Recreation Fixed term role until 30 June 2025 Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available) Reporting to the Director, Office for Women in Sport and Recreation (OWSR), this vital role will also have accountability for growing and measuring momentum around the Change Our Game brand, including social media and other digital channels, and the Change Our Game Ambassador Program.

The responsibilities of the Head of Impact and Engagement include, but are not limited to:

Develop, deliver and evaluate impactful communications and engagement plans to maximise engagement with OWSR's programs, research, policy work, events and other initiatives Strategically plan, grow and evaluate the Change Our Game campaign to increase momentum towards a gender equal sport and active recreation sector in Victoria Strategically plan, deliver and evaluate OWSR's key stakeholder events The successful candidate would ideally have the following skills and experience:
