Full-time or 4 days per week considered. The role is based around the Penrith area. 

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity for both seasoned leaders and those aspiring to step into a leadership role within the occupational therapy sector. The role is designed to foster professional development through comprehensive in-house Leadership Excellence programs, supported by a leadership team committed to your success. As a Team Leader, you will:

Mentor, train, and provide formal supervision to your team of 5 Occupational Therapists Facilitate monthly peer group supervision sessions. Manage a significantly reduced NDIS caseload tailored to your preference - paediatrics, mixed ages or adults  Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve holistic outcomes for participants.
