Join a highly regarded multi-national organisation & thrive in a supportive team environment Immediate start available - full-time position based in Tonsley Competitive salary + super + growth & development opportunities   Are you a qualified electrician looking for a career path into management?   About the Opportunity   Working as a respected team leader and reporting to the Managing Director, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the Production Team and the assembly of the finished products to dispatch to all our customers.   Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate and manage all the aspects connected to the production of the GDS products and the modification when required In conjunction with the Health & Safety Team manage all the aspects connected to safety and risk analysis and prevention in the workplace Upload into the system all the relevant data once the finished products have been released to the Warehouse Team for dispatching Prepare all the end of the month reporting with the relevant production KPIs to share with the MD Responsible for the weekly stock cycle count in order to keep the stock accuracy level Responsible for Production's Team efficiency and for the WIP level (both quantity and the connected value) In cooperation with the Supply Chain Manager, achieve a 98% level of the GDS stock accuracy both in the stores and along the production area In cooperation with the Supply Chain Manager, organise and manage the yearly warehouse and WIP stocktakes Maintain a good relationship with suppliers Assist to control the product stock and the inventory levels with the Supply Chain Team's support Provide leadership through effective communication and lead by example   About You   To be successful in this role, you will be a Certified Electrician or, possibly, have a tertiary qualification in electrical/electronic disciplines with a minimum 3 years experience in a production/manufacturing role.   In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:   Strong looking forward capacity and ability to approach the business having a 360 degree view Previous experience in a similar industry is advantageous Knowledge of the Italian language is going to be highly regarded Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and negotiation skills, including telephone manner The ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Extensive reconciliation skills Ability to solve problems and deal with needs as they arise while working autonomously Report writing skills Attention to details Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Computer literate with AX preferable A current valid Australian driver's license   About Our Client   Founded in 1993, Nice is an Italian multinational reference company in the Home Automation, Home Security and Smart Home sector, with a wide range of integrated and connected solutions for the automation of gates, garage doors, solar shades, parking, wireless alarms, and home security systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.   Nice sells its products to over 100 countries with 24 branches in 5 continents, 14 production plants, 13 R&D centres and 2.300 employees, contributing to spreading the Made in Italy worldwide, with its high-quality solutions that wisely blend technology, design, innovation, digital connectivity and ease of use.   Nice's Vision "a world without barriers" and the mission "simplify everyday movements" put the people and their wonder at the center of the equation, managing automation with maximum control, safety, and customisation.
