These positions present an outstanding opportunity for seasoned ED nursing professionals to take their next career step into clinical leadership. Be supported by an experienced Nursing Management team (Nurse Unit Manager and a Clinical Nurse Unit Manager) who have a strong focus on well-being, team work, with a dedicated multidisciplinary wellbeing team who have a wellbeing calendar of events. Work alongside our engaged and supportive medical team and Ambulance Victoria who we have unique working relationship which focuses on no hierarchy and shared workflows. The Emergency Department Model of Care is built around our adult and paediatric streams, with a dynamic quick paced waiting room / fast track model which includes rapid assessment cubicles which are used to facilitate early assessment / treatment. Our focus on education and development (including simulation) offers a friendly, dynamic place to work brimming with opportunity to expand your Emergency Career. Along with a broad range of medical presentations including paediatrics, obstetrics, trauma and critically unwell patients. The Role: The Associate Nurse Unit Managers in our Emergency Department at Epping are responsible for providing leadership and direction by being a positive role model and providing mentorship and guidance to all nursing staff.
