You'll then ask yourself the BIG question; 'How can we provide a service that enriches our community, and allows children, families and educators to grow in body, mind and spirit?' To answer this, you'll collaborate with your team of skilled educators, chair staff meetings, conduct performance reviews, facilitate staff training sessions, uphold YMCA policies, procedures and design/implement a high-quality learning curriculum.

You'll be great in this role if you… Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent Can obtain(BA2) First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012 Have experience as a Manager/Director/Supervisor/Assistant Director/Assistant Manager in an early childhood setting Retain knowledge in child development / high quality programming practices.
