Key responsibilities include:Managing a team of Motor AssessorsLeading and mentoring the team, ensuring the efficient and accurate assessment of motor vehicle claims Conducting regular audits and maintaining quality control measures and compliance with industry standardsCollaborate with external vendors, such as repair shops and appraisal firms, to coordinate assessment activities and negotiate service agreementsSupporting recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team members and conducting performance evaluations including feedback and recognitionFostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementYour Experience & MentalityWe welcome applicants from all walks of life and career backgrounds to apply, to give you a better understanding of what might stand out, the ideal person will have the following:Demonstrable expertise within motor assessing and displayed leadership qualitiesCert IV within motor assessing or a qualification in a relevant fieldExperience in managing third party relationshipsPassion and understanding for the automotive industryGrowth mentality and eagerness to learn with a businessMature approach to autonomy.
