Company :Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdAbout the RoleHastings Deering is on the hunt for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our award-winning team in Rockhampton. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will: Maintain and build good communications with key stakeholders within the Central Queensland Rockhampton, Emerald and Gladstone branches .Undertake regular inspections / audits of business centre and record any defects through the Maintenance Service Centre software tool.Support in the initiation and delivery of new initiatives to ensure our Facilities Assets return on investment is delivered.Monitor scheduled maintenance on assets within our business centres to ensure our regulatory compliance requirements in keeping our employees, customers and community safeSupervise, coordinate the engagement of contractors, in obtaining quotes, promptly arrange repairs of all essential services as directed by the Facilities Supervisor with the highest priority on safety and quality Supervise / Coordinate contractors and staff to perform maintenance to minimise unscheduled breakdowns and ensure the most efficient operation of plant and equipment.Supervise / Coordinate contractors and staff in ensuring they perfom the requires scope of works to a high Manage and maintain Hastings Deering's Computer Maintenance Management systems associated with Facilities functions.
