We partner with our global clients to support them create new business opportunities, from banking and trading to environmental strategies.See yourself in our teamThe Executive Engineering Manager, Customer Hub, is accountable for leading the key customer facing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for IB&M. This role works with key product owners and stakeholders to determine strategy and oversees the delivery and day-to-day operations of the associated technology.This role includes a broad range of executive management responsibilities, including leading and inspiring engineering teams, driving quality outcomes from direct team and dependent teams within the organisation, workforce planning, financial management, engaging third parties, embedding of agile and DevOps practices and risk management.Role ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Engineering Manager is core role as part of the Institutional Banking Technology Leadership Team.This senior role is required to lead the Customer Hub, a large engineering team located across Australia and India. The role is required to leverage Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) design techniques to inform and create strategies to deliver exceptional front end and CRM experiences for IB&M.This new role will be accountable for broadening out the Customer Hub from a team that today predominantly supports the IB&M CRM, Salesforce, expanding to support more front-end technologies to drive customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).We're interested in hearing from people who havePassion for leveraging customer experience, and user experience design methods to design and develop leading software for customers and customer-facing colleagues.Prior experience leading large (30-50 people) engineering teamsExperience leading Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Owned and managed relationships with both peers and senior executives across IB&M and Technology, Product teams and the organisationDemonstrable software development experience.
