Duties Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone professionally and promptly. Handle new account applications and client onboarding processes. Database management, updating existing accounts based on client requirements. Collaborate with Sales Team to fulfill client needs. Offer comprehensive client support, covering technical, operational, and trading aspects.
