Job Summary: Ruggable is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing Australian team! As our Supply Chain Analyst of a newly established manufacturing plant, you will play a vital role in setting up our Australian supply chain and logistics function as we scale our local manufacturing operations.

An ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (including 3PLs, freight forwarders, local suppliers) to achieve results for our team and our customers. You will help lead and grow a team handling warehousing, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.

What You'll Do: Help build and expand our Australia supply chain from existing North American processesDevelop data-driven models, analyses, reports and dashboards, creating actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and process improvementsBuild project management plans and trackers to ensure successful and timely project completionBuild relationships and strong ways of working with our existing logistics partners, and establish relationships with new providersDevelop an inventory, warehousing, procurement and logistics strategy to ensure scalability to support Ruggable's growth plansWork with suppliers and cross-functional partners to ensure plant maintains healthy supply of raw materials needed for productionWork cross functionally with other teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Logistics) to support new product launchesHelp ensure that ensure that operational plans are executed, performance and budget goals are achieved, and teams are kept informed and coordinatedWhat You'll Need to Have: Required: 3-5+ years of professional experience working in supply chain, logistics, or operationsExperience building trust-based relationships with vendors and running RFPsProficiency in Excel / Google SheetsExperience in inventory management, procurement, 3rd party warehousing, and contract negotiationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneouslyTop-notch relationship management, particularly with raw material suppliers, 3PLs, logistics partnersExperience conducting quantitative analysis (modeling) that can drive to insights and results using dataTrack record of managing and/or supporting large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and analysis, problem solving and delivering recommendationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsPreferred: Expertise in home goods, consumer goods, and/or direct-to-consumer productsExperience building supplier relationships and negotiating contractsPrevious experience working at a high-growth company or start-upExperience utilizing and/or building dashboards (ex: Tableau/Looker/Sheets)Compensation: 90,000 - 110,000 AUD base salary per yearAn annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
