Support Engineer to join our growing I.T team. Proactively identify potential opportunities to improve reliability of equipment and recommend actions through communication with the customer thereby contributing to service growth. Key duties include: Diagnose technical problems, determine, and implement corrective actionsExecute service activities for the business on time within budget with quality and focus on safetyProactively identify and participate in performance improvements within the business to enhance operationsMaintain software and hardware asset inventoriesSupport broader IT teams by assisting in successful delivery of IT projectsRespond promptly to service requests to minimise equipment downtimeConduct scheduled maintenance to optimise equipment performance and reduce breakdownsSupport new system installations, configuration and commissioningMaintain accurate records and configuration details for installations and projectsWhat you will need to be considered: 5+ years of related IT business work experience in a similar environmentITIL Incident Management and Service Delivery qualificationStrong written, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent Customer service and problem-solving skillsStrong Office 365 knowledge and experienceSound Microsoft Intune knowledge and experienceSound Networking skills- CCNA certification would be an advantageExperience in supporting POS solutionsTertiary education in an IT related disciplineApply Now!
