About the role: Reporting to the Director, City Futures, Campbelltown Arts Centre Director will lead the strategic direction of the C-A-C in response to community need and in alignment with Council's Strategic Plan. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including media, industry, business, funding bodies and customers. Lead and manage the work of staff to foster a positive, high performing culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on the community of Campbelltown and the experience of its residents and visitors.

In this role you will: Lead the Arts, Culture and Creative outcomes for the City of Campbelltown.

Lead the implementation of Council's Cultural Strategy.

Work collaboratively with Council, Community and Industry leaders to ensure the success of Campbelltown Arts Centre.

Build and promote Campbelltown's creative and cultural identity and reputation.
