Your Future Role The role of the Insides Sales Manager is to lead the Inside Sales team through managing existing business revenue & focusing on growth.

Combining a sound understanding of management practices, contact centre and sales /retention metrics, this role will aid in maintaining the market share and growing our SaaS portfolio in a constantly changing and highly competitive market.

This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position commencing 21st May 2024 in Australia working remotely and will report to Group Manager - Enterprise.

Your Responsibilities This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a sales plan that expands company's customer base Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Ability to articulate impact of data and provide solutions that lead to increased performance Strong understanding of sales-based call Centre analytics and key performance metrics Understanding of CRM capabilities/requirements. A Bit About You Successful knowledge and experience as a Sales manager/ Team leader, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (3 years+). A strategic thinker, with a desire to challenge the status quo and old ways of thinking. A team player, able to constructively challenge views, facilitate a collaborative approach to work and gain buy in.An inquisitive individual, looking to understand all processes in great detail so she/he can look to enhance, improve or replace what is currently in place.
