The Position The Regional Head of Growth is responsible for setting & driving the strategy for growth for Maersk Project Logistics in the Asia-Pacific region. Location Asia-Pacific based. Job Description Lead the regional growth, bid and solution design team.Drive and execute the product's strategic initiatives for the growth regionally to meet the annual targets.Responsible for Maersk Project Logistics development within region, including creating business plans.Establishes the necessary operating systems and infrastructure to ensure the right decision-making and best practice sharing.Participate in and contribute to establishing the Go-to-Market and Pricing strategy for the region.Lead and execute the price setting process across the region in line with the pricing strategy, particularly for large strategic RFQ opportunities.Consolidate, analyse and share regional market information including market development, competition, customer, and pricing trends.Participate in and contribute to the annual sales target setting process in the region.Active monitoring of the sales pipeline including achieved business wins and conversion ratios across all sales channels including preparation of internal reports.Proactive engagement with the commercial teams.Ensuring team members have the skills, knowledge, and motivation to deliver the agreed outcomes. Job Requirements Extensive Project Logistics knowledge including pricing and go to market strategies within the region.Strong experience managing regional teams, both onsite and remotely.Experience in customer facing engagements and presentation.Good platform and technological awareness.Understanding of the key profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain managementStrong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution.Strong communication and presentation skills.Some travel is required for the role - both regionally and domestically.Preferred candidates will be required to undertake reference checks as well as pre-employment screening, including a National Police Check. Where applicable, background checks including Employment History and Education History (including Qualifications) may be required. #LI-SK3
