Job Description

Role Summary: Play a key role in providing HR expertise and advise for the entire spectrum of HR functions including employee experience, talent development, recruitment, compensation, training & development supporting the organization in achieving its business goals and complying to corporate /regional guidelines.

Develop & improve the different HR processes/procedures to facilitate the different HR functions for maximum effectiveness and efficiencies.

Create and maintain human resources awareness with the management team, assisting them to develop a positive employee experience embracing BDP culture & values.

Responsibilities: • Recruitment Develop and implement staffing strategies in alignment with business directions. Work closely with hiring managers on the recruitment needs to have positions filled effectively and efficiently. This includes development of accurate Job Descriptions. Utilize optimum recruitment approaches to source and provide a qualified candidates' pool. • Employee Engagement Work closely with business to improve and enhance employee engagement with myriad of HR programs. Work closely with TED (Training Education Department) in implementing learning & development strategies which are aligned to the corporate and business strategy. Ensure that company is in compliance with the local labour regulations. Keep abreast of the market and consistent reviews to stay competitive . • Talent Management and Building Talent Pipeline Work closely with leadership in identifying and building talent pipeline Drive a performance-based culture with a robust performance review process Responsible for Employee Relations' activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding management on the and the best practices employer and employee including all relevant employment laws Establish good relationships with relevant industry players eg HR practitioners/consultants and related government agencies and provide advise accordingly. Represent and play a key role in supporting and executing Corporate/Regional HR priorities at the country level. Exemption Type Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications Tertiary Education preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration. Diploma in Industrial labour practices as additional advantage Experiences/Knowledge 5 - 7 years of Human Resources experience with MNCs at supervisory /managerial level Experience in the same industry including warehouse/contract logistics Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations. Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word. Attributes Matured in outlook and thinking process Positive with a Can-Do attitude Good Interpersonal & communication skills Enthusiastic with a strong interest to learn Independent and able to work under tight timelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
