Job Description Management and leadership of the Supply Chain team across Supply & Demand Planning, S&OP, 3rd party contract manufacturing and NPI for a global customer networkInventory management of all skus for Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce Channels globally (ANZ, USA, Europe)Reporting, forecasting and analysis management to ensure DIFOT levels are 95%+ and a high degree of forecast accuracy is maintainedGoverning the relationship with contract manufacturing to build more robust relationships and gaining COGS efficiency'sKey focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply ChainBuild, develop and lead S&OP meetingsAdhoc Supply Chain projects The Successful Applicant Experienced FMCG Supply Chain leader who is adaptable and dynamic in their approach.Tenured experience within all aspects of Planning and S&OP in a fast paced FMCG environment will be key to success.Ability to Plan for an omni-channel and global Retail customer base.Experience working within a fast growing organisation and ability to wear multiple hats at once.Entrepreneurial flair and mindset will also be highly regarded.
