You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational People and Culture support in consultation with the P&C Manager.
What will I be doing? This role works closely with our Managers to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Providing coaching and guidance performance development, talent management, on boarding and induction, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeingDriving and supporting culture and engagement initiativesConducting and reporting on on-boarding processes and exit interviewsDeveloping and facilitating focused training programs to support team growth and developmentMaintaining strong business partnerships with your stakeholdersWhat experience do I have? Ideally you will have:
2 years generalist HR experienceImpressive relationship building skills: you are respected and well-liked by others and know how to forge, maintain and foster strong working relationships across diverse client groupsA passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people developmentExtremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsAdvanced PC Skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mindExtremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsAdaptability, Initiative and self motivationWhat's in it for me?
