The Executive Remuneration team is part of the Enterprise Leader Effectiveness (ELE) Centre of Excellence team and is responsible for managing remuneration arrangements and related processes for the CEO, Group Executives (GEs) and Executive General Managers (EGMs), Non-Executive Director fees, People & Remuneration Committee papers and external remuneration disclosures including the Remuneration Report for the Group.

Do work that matters:

Your role will focus on supporting the Executive Remuneration and the (ELE) Centre of Excellence team to be a market leader in executive remuneration practices including disclosures, remuneration strategy and policy and recognised thought leadership.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Designing and providing strategic, market competitive solutions, strategic advice and reward frameworksBuilding strong relationships with our HR partners and key senior business stakeholders across the GroupProviding consultative executive reward advice across key projectsIdentifying and proposing effective and appropriate changes and enhancements to existing executive reward frameworks to meet internal and external needsProviding advice on internal and external market reward trendsProviding innovative reward solutions that meet emerging business needs and regulatory requirementsMaintaining an in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward (including Human Resources more broadly), identifying emerging trends impacting on the Group's executive reward strategies and frameworks. Sourcing, analysing and modelling executive remuneration data and insights to inform reward solutions.Delivering Global Mobility projects to support the team who relocate employees and candidates around the world, including projects such as reimagining the end to end global initiation process, enhanced reporting and analytics to the business or coordinating benchmarking insights, stakeholder feedback and the delivery of enhanced Group policies.Delivering external remuneration disclosures. About you

To meet this challenge and be effective in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

A track record in delivering broad reward projects and solutions within a large, complex organisation, preferably with a global presenceStrong analytical skills and ability to concisely and quickly generate insights from data. Strong Excel skills are a given.Superior project management skills, evidenced by the delivery of reward projects and/or implementation of significant reward changes in a large corporate or consulting environmentStrong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build and maintain effective customer relationshipsDemonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working consultatively with others and demonstrated capability to take the lead and make decisionsAchievements in managing situations where leadership and influencing skills are paramount to achieving successCuriosity to dig deeper, explore problems and underlying challenges.Understanding of the financial services environment is preferred but not essentialTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business related field
