We are seeking a motivated individual to join an Operations Centre with a leading mining client based in Perth. This role involves providing Level 2 support for Fleet Management Systems (FMS) within a 24x7 operational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability and reliability of critical operational technology, working on a lifestyle roster that offers unique schedule flexibility.

About the Role Join our team based in Perth at the heart of BHP's Technology Remote Operations Centre (TROC). The TROC operates around the clock, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical Operational Technology (OT) to safeguard our Minerals Australia assets from technological disruptions.

As a member of the TROC 24x7 team, reporting to the Lead Respond Operational Performance TROC, you will work on our Lifestyle Roster. This roster offers a unique schedule of days and nights with extended days off after each swing, providing two full weekends off out of four. Shifts are 12.5 hours, including handover, with additional shift allowances and an extra week of annual leave.

Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for Fleet Management Systems (FMS) / Mining Systems.Proactively monitor and manage events to maintain critical Technology availability.Quickly deploy break-fix solutions to restore production system availability after outages.Execute planned work safely.Collaborate with site operation stakeholders during events, incidents, and changes.Work in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment.About You Self-motivated and an effective communicator with technology, operational, or maintenance experience.Operational experience within industrial or mining environments is beneficial.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Team-oriented and results-focused.Strong analytical problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM systems and SAP.Experience troubleshooting and supporting applications and servers, including FMS Modular (Dispatch & Provision, Komatsu Frontrunner), FMS MineStar (Command, Fleet & Terrain), Surface Manager (Autonomous Drilling), and others.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
