Our client is a multinational professional services giant offering audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services. An opportunity has become available in the Real Estate Advisory & Project Management team for a director to play a key leadership role, managing and building client relationships as well as inspiring and growing their fast-paced team.The role offers experience across multiple industry sectors, as well as across functions within the Strategy and Transactions network.Key responsibilities will include:Actively promote the company values, strategic business goals, and initiativesDrive internal and external business development opportunities and create marketing strategies to grow our project management and real estate service offerings with existing and new clients.Foster internal collaborations with other service linesLead bid preparations and oversee the life-cycle of projects, from detailed project planning to monitoring finances and reporting on progress.Represent the business at industry events, driving the development market reach and fostering relationships within Queensland and Australia.Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, managing project information flow between the team and the client, ensuring client objectives are met.Navigate financial and feasibility modelling, provide market research and trend analysis, and oversee valuation assignments to bolster our advisory and transaction services.Provide strategic advisory services at a project's conception stage, advising on different approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve clients' objectives.Manage key client relationships, keeping them abreast of business developments and ensuring their deep understanding of our range of services.Provide robust leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring quality delivery of training and structured career development plans.The successful candidate will have:Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skillsProven ability to work effectively in teams, lead junior staff and deliver high-quality work while developing client relationships.15+ years' experience in property development, client facing and/or construction site Project Management roles, with excellent report writing and presentation skills.Deep understanding of the property and development industries including contracting, clients, innovation, and leadership.For more information contact the Longreach team on the below details:Jo Little ****** 0452224069Hannah Byrne ****** 0414144366Chloe Thomas ****** 0452345478Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
