Paul Sadler Swimland is looking for future Swim School Managers to train and develop as part of a Management training pathway & program.We are recruiting for a variety of locations in the western suburbs, including Braybrook, Essendon, Parkwood Green (Hillside), Bacchus Marsh & Melton.At Paul Sadler Swimland we have the vision of being 'The most trusted and loved place in the world to learn how to swim and survive' and if you believe you can help us achieve this, then do we have the job for you!All relevant training will be provided, where we will structure our Manager Training Program to cater to your qualifications & experience. The training will delve deep into leadership development, as well as giving you the necessary knowledge in how to run a successful Paul Sadler Swimland swim school.At the conclusion of your training a suitable role within the Management & Leadership teams will be provided at one of the locations outlined above.All successful candidates will have the opportunity to let their vibrant personality and love of working with kids shine, whilst developing the necessary skills to lead a team of passionate people to deliver the world's best swimming and survival lessons. Whilst we are after people who ideally have experience working in the learn to swim industry or in leading businesses and teams in achieving key strategic outcomes, this is preferred and not essential.You will be provided all the necessary training at our Head Office (located at Altona North) and as part of your training, the opportunity to build your experience across several of our locations.Responsibilities (of a swim school Manager)Deliver an awesome customer experienceBuild and maintain a Great Place to WorkBuild effective relationships with the Swimland teamAnalyse reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive resultsDirectly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standardsConsistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team membersQualifications / Selection CriteriaMinimum high school education or equivalentSwim Teacher experience idealPassion for teaching kids to swim and surviveStrong verbal or written communication skillsLeadership skills, with a drive for self development & improvement.If this sounds like you - we can't wait to hear from you!
