Swim School Manager

Paul Sadler Swimland is looking for Swim School Managers at two of our key locations, located in Altona & Braybrook.At Paul Sadler Swimland our Vision is to be 'The most trusted and loved place in the world to learn how to swim and survive' and if you believe you can help us achieve this, then do we have the job for you!Working in a fun & lively environment, as the Manager of one of our 7 day a week facilities, you will have the opportunity to let your vibrant personality and love of working with kids shine, whilst leading a team of passionate people to deliver the world's best swimming and survival lessons. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching kids to swim and survive and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-centre experience for our amazing customers and a Great Place to Work for our Awesome team!We are after people who ideally have experience working in the learn to swim industry or in leading businesses and teams in achieving key strategic outcomes.You will be provided all the necessary training at our Head Office (located at Altona North) and as part of your training, the opportunity to build your experience across several of our locations.ResponsibilitiesDeliver an awesome customer experienceBuild and maintain a Great Place to WorkBuild effective relationships with the Swimland teamAnalyse reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive resultsDirectly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standardsConsistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team membersQualifications / Selection CriteriaMinimum high school education or equivalentSwim Teacher experience idealPassion for teaching kids to swim and survive2+ years of management experience preferredStrong verbal or written communication skillsStrong leadership skills, with some experience in building successful teams and developing a high-performance culture.If this sounds like you - we can't wait to hear from you!
