Full time We are seeking a talented Stakeholder Interface Manager to join the Public Transport Authority (PTA) of Western Australia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key interface coordinator between internal and external project stakeholders, working closely with the Radio Systems Replacement (RSR) project team to identify, define and manage the RSR project's requirements for interfaces between packages of work, and with other projects and operational systems. Your primary responsibilities will be undertaking comprehensive interface management to ensure project delivery aligns with the RSR project objectives. You will lead and promote a culture of excellence within the PTA Project Delivery division, collaborating with the project team to understand stakeholder needs and interface requirements and develop frameworks for coordinating the management of project interfaces. This role suits a dynamic and strategic leader with a technical mindset looking to make a significant impact in a complex upgrade of mission-critical communications systems and supporting infrastructure for an operational railway. To excel in this role, you should possess: Substantial knowledge and experience in technical stakeholder management within complex high-value projects, capable of bridging the gap between technical requirements and stakeholder needs. Highly developed leadership and management skills, adept at engaging, motivating and leading teams through the intricacies of interface coordination in technical projects. Superior planning, organisational, and computer literacy skills, including the application of appropriate tools and methodologies to optimise interface management in high-value projects. About Us The RSR Project is a major upgrade of the PTA's existing radio system that will see the deployment of a new digital radio system for railway communications based on Long-Term Evolution (LTE) technology. The new radio system will initially support a standards-based mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) voice application and a broadband data capability for projects such as High Capacity Signalling (HCS). The project is currently well into the delivery phase, with major contracts with Nokia and UGL going through the later stages of design.
