Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell 6.5 billion litres of our iconic brands across 180 countries every year. We are now looking for an extraordinary Field Sales Manager to lead, motivate and develop a passionate Sales team to deliver NSV for the location as well as overall State performance. What does this role look like to you? As our Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and completing winning strategies to elevate our performance and capabilities to greater heights; 1. Deliver impactful mentor and growth initiatives - Recruit, retain and empower talent by building the right climate for commitment. Ensure excellent delivery of all National and State initiatives, and grow core brand volumes at agreed targets Provide coaching and embedding of capabilities modules to obtain in-field excellence Identify growth opportunities within the team and cross-functionally, and complete with scale as well as pace 2. Achieve targets for all customer & consumer drivers - Define coverage strategy and manage outlet typing Ensure that team performs according to Diageo standard, and implement effective journey planning Set and monitor key sales and activity targets against agreed initiatives 3. Develop a winning strategy cross-functionally - Partner with business unit to complete trading terms and compliance Build compelling Sales narratives with Challenge Trade Activation team and other business partners Ensure that we have the right resources to win with specific customers Contribute to the tactical and strategic plans for the South team.  Contribute to the total Field Sales team, driving and sharing knowledge & standard processes.  So, what about you?
