KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all IT projects to ensure that they remain in-scope, on time and within budget. Lead and mentor the project delivery team including project managers, business analysts, subject matter experts and other project delivery resources Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and benefits Excellent project management skills including prioritisation, scheduling, and documentation. Provide project reporting for all IT projects, including achievement of key milestones, resource forecasting and risks. Prepare regular status reporting for extended leadership team REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, technology or related area of study. 10+ years of experience as a Head of IT Delivery, Project Delivery or Project Management function or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services. Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision. Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 10+ people. Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects PMI or PMP certification, PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or similar from an accredited organization. Experience in the carparking industry or related field such as smart cities, technology infrastructure and enterprise applications is preferred but not essential Excellent people management and mentoring skills Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
