We are seeking a Contract Manager with expertise in FEMA compliance projects to join our client's team. As a Contract Manager specializing in FEMA compliance projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring adherence to FEMA regulations, and facilitating seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of FEMA compliance processes and procedures, coupled with the ability to manage technical, commercial, and pricing evaluations effectively. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for sourcing and managing storm and project contracts, in alignment with guidelines and federal regulations governing procurements using grant funds, particularly those awarded by FEMA (e.g., 44 CFR 13.36, 2 CFR 200 et seq.). Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents to ensure compliance with FEMA regulations and guidelines, addressing any discrepancies or issues as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective contract negotiations and resolve any contractual disputes or concerns. Monitor and track contract performance throughout the lifecycle, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation. Provide guidance and support to project teams on FEMA compliance requirements and procedures, ensuring adherence at all stages of project implementation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract activities, including documentation of compliance measures and audit trails. Key Requirements: Proven experience with FEMA compliance projects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of FEMA regulations, guidelines, and procedures. Proficiency in conducting technical, commercial, and pricing evaluations to support contract negotiations and decision-making processes. Ability to manage contracts from the initial negotiation stage to final execution, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
